Serviced apartment Olimar II (Cambrils, Spain)

The food at the complex is worth complimenting, especially the salad bar. Food is abundant, delicious, and good quality. The restaurant has a kids' corner as well with vegetables, finely grilled meat, fish, and pasta. The restaurant is a self-service affair and there is usually one fish dish and one meat dish provided together with fresh fruit, salads, and desserts. The only drawback is that the restaurant is in the cellar, so there is no daylight and it's small.

The hotel is well maintained, and appears recently refurbished. It's not extremely large; however, you won't lack for too much. You have a restaurant, bar, entertainment area, swimming pool for kids and adults, playgrounds, etc. The apartments are a good size with a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, and separate bedroom. Balconies are a good size with entries from both the bedroom and living room. This two-balcony luxury is mainly part of Block C. Apartments are clean.

The seaport is five-minutes away, the promenade is along the sea and lovely. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket is within walking distance.

It may prove to be too noisy if your accommodation is near the pool. You might want to check this out during your booking if you prefer a quieter unit.

You have to go out one building and go to another to get to the car park. It's a bit inconvenient at best and a little unpleasant walking past people frolicking in the swimming pool with your luggage.

Entertainment at the complex is only in Spanish. If you don't speak the language you may want to select another hotel.
