The staff members offer you great service and are ready and willing to meet the guest’s needs. All members of staff are extremely efficient. Taking into account the busy nature of this hotel, nothing is too difficult for them to. The shuttle team is well trained and very polite. They are laid back, kind and always try to make your stay comfortable.

All the hotel’s rooms are spacious and come with a fully functional kitchenette which is stocked with the basic appliances. A starter pack of groceries can also be found so that you don’t have to go shop immediately after you arrive. The apartments are also very clean.

Many guests seemed to love the beds at the hotel.  The comfort level was extremely good and nice. The mattresses and pillows were perfect with the right mix of softness and firmness thus providing good sleep quality.

The hotel’s car park is insufficient. With tight and with limited parking spots guest had trouble finding a spot. Even though staff members are ready to come out and help you, there is no guaranteed that you will find ample space.

Guests who loved swimming were left frustrated as there is no swimming pool facility at the hotel. Some guests were put off by the few leisure facilities the property.

Quite a number of guests were bothered due to the high levels of noise during their stay. Even though the rooms were well soundproofed, noise from ongoing construction sites still caused some disturbance.
