The location of the apartment rated highly across a number of reviews which mentioned that the property is close to public transport and ferries providing easy access to the harbour which made getting around to Sydney's premier attractions very easy and hassle free.

A number of guests commented on the easy and hassle free check-in at the hotel with many saying that they appreciated the hotel's reception staff who were friendly and had helpful attitudes.

Although many reviewers commented that there is no need for a car at this accommodation, those visitors with a car commented that the allocated parking is close by to the apartment and easily validated by hotel staff.

A number of previous guests to this hotel were not at all happy with the standard of cleaning in the rooms with some previous guests pointing out that there was a build up of grim and dust which they thought should have been attended to a long time ago.
