The hotel is great for business travellers as it is a short distance to the central business district. Guests who were visiting Wollongong for pleasure also commented that the hotel was handy to the beach, local restaurants and bars.

The staff at the hotel rated highly amongst previous visitors to the hotel who appreciated their friendly can-do attitudes. It seems the staff at the hotel will go above and beyond their duties to make sure guests requests are accommodated.

The beds at the hotel were described as super comfortable, helping guests to get a great nights' sleep. Guests also commented that the rooms were very cosy, creating an inviting space to stay which would see their return.

Guests who wanted to use their balcony complained in their reviews that they did not because the area was very dirty and the furniture worn. Guests also complained that maintenance needed to pay more attention to fixing balcony doors especially the door handles.
