Serviced apartment Macdonald Villacana Club Resort (Estepona, Spain)

For the most part, previous guests have been pleased with the quality of the studios and apartments at the Macdonald Villacana Club, often describing the accommodation as clean and as offering a considerate selection of amenities.

With the exception of perhaps the path that leads from the resort to the beach, guests find that this resort and its grounds are well maintained. There appear to be very few instances of poor maintenance in the individual accommodation.

Reviews suggest that whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or fancy being a bit more active, you'll find that this resort is in a great spot. There's little traffic noise to worry about and you can easily access the beach or try your hand at one or more activities.

While guests generally appreciate the selection of on-site facilities, some do mention that various activities are not available when visiting off-season. Guests also note that the restaurant would be more convenient if it were to offer longer opening hours.

Few guests are thrilled about paying for electricity during their stay, especially as many found the associated costs were excessive. Also, some guests found the dining and Malaga shuttle service attracted higher fees than anticipated.

With the exception of the beach, there is little in the way of dining spots and entertainment in the immediate area. Guests can easily visit nearby towns such as Puerto Banus and Marbella but a car would be beneficial if you'd prefer to avoid racking up taxi fees.
