Service Apartment (3BR) @Imperial Suites is strategically located in Kuching, Sarawak. The Apartment is situated 4.6 KM from Kuching International Airport (KIA) and 7.0 KM from the heart of Kuching City. Located in the same building as Imperial Hotel, our guests have complimentary access to amenities such as the sauna, swimming pool and fitness center. To add to the convenience, all in-house guests can enjoy the benefits of having a shopping mall on the second floor of the building. Pharmacies, cosmetics, supermarket/hypermarket, restaurants, clothing, money changer, ATMs and more can be found in the shopping mall. All our Apartments come fully equipped with high-speed internet (WiFi) and cable television. Our kitchens are equipped with a cooking space and utensils such as pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery etc. Meals can be cooked in-house and eaten at the wide dining area equipped with comfortable tables and chairs. To add to your convenience, all our Apartments come with a designated laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes, they come equipped with a washing machine (all units) and a dryer (most units). Hair dryers, ironing facilities, body wash, toilet papers, towels etc. are provided to all our in-house guests. We are a property management company and we go by the name of Luco. Our team, are an average of 25 years old, we are full of energy and are always ready to serve you to the best of our abilities. We offer basic housekeeping service to keep you and your family/friends comfortable during your stay.
