Serviced apartment HiSuiteROME (Rome, Italy)

It was a nice opportunity for guests to stay in the Eternal City and have their own space as if they were at home. The studios and apartments were spacious and had kitchenettes, and living areas. These were also found to be clean and comfortable.

The hosts were found to be wonderful people who gave their guests nice suggestions of places to eat and to visit during their stay. They also were knowledgeable of the tours and transportation options and helped guests with these as well.

Guests were happy to have the apartment hotel set in a central part of Rome within walking distance from the Pantheon. It was ideal to walk around and see the sites, as well as to eat or drink at the cafes and bars nearby.

The street noise was found to be hard to ignore by guests. They would have liked for the walls and windows to have more soundproofing since it was difficult to ignore the noise heard.

Guests felt that the kitchenettes needed more utensils in order to cook properly. They felt that the kitchens were not equipped adequately in case the guests wanted to cook often in the apartments.

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
