City Center is an aparthotel located in an historic building in the heart of Krakow Old Town and near Main Market Square. Accommodation choices are standard rooms and one- or two-bedroom apartments. Room choices are double or triple rooms. All rooms are ensuite and have flat screen TVs. The apartments have separated living areas and can sleep up to eight people. Some units have sofa beds and fully equipped kitchenettes. City Center has a conference room that seats up to 12 people and has technology capability. It's an easy walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's also near the train station. The views from the terrace are gorgeous and many rooms look over a quiet and lovely courtyard. Being a block or so away from the main hub of town also allows for a quieter stay.

The rooms and apartments don't have air conditioning. During the hotter months, the space inside can be uncomfortable and sticky, especially at night. The only relief is borrowed fans from reception. Having windows open is a problem because of a nearby restaurant that has late hours and loud patrons.
Some features are missing that would make for a nicer stay. There isn't a lift and many rooms and apartments are located three floors up. There also isn't dedicated parking, so you'll have to find your own spot. Wi-Fi is available, but is terribly slow.
There are no real "double" beds. Instead, there are just single beds pushed together. The bathrooms in the standard rooms also tend to be smaller and more cramped.
