Gorki Apartments (Berlin, Germany)

The staff members were mentioned to be friendly by many guests who stayed here. The staff were surprisingly friendly and were available to answer questions or book trips. The check in and out were quick and efficient, and little details like getting a coffee made for guests as a welcome drink, were noted.

The area is said to be cool and vibrant as it was filled with many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. It had an upbeat vibe to it and various bohemian type places within walking distance.

Many guests enjoyed their apartment accommodations and mentioned the apartments were lovely given they had high ceiling and large windows to look out into the city. The spacious areas were appreciated as much as the comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

Some guests found the breakfast to be too expensive for the price they paid. They felt the breakfast should have been included in the price, and also found that eating in a nearby café was cheaper.

Some guests thought that it was odd to not have air-conditioning available in the apartments. They felt a fan did not help cool the whole apartments and that it was too hot to sleep. Opening the windows meant letting the noise come in.

Some guests were disappointed to find out there was no room service available for breakfast. They thought the apartment hotel offered room service only to find out this was not the case. Guests have to go out to get the breakfast themselves.
