Guests really enjoyed the hotel's beautiful pool area and the top-notch spa facilities. The hot tub on the rooftop terrace is a major highlight but often occupied. However, you can make a reservation to book your private session anytime at the front desk.

The pool area can get quite crowded and guests say it is often full of children. The pool hours are limited and often restricted to the evening, and access to children is even more limited. However, guests say there is no one there to enforce these rules so kids often stay after hours.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the city and guests highly recommend that you don't open the windows in the summer, and use the air conditioner instead. Of course, keep in mind that to conserve energy, most hotels ask you to not leave the A/C running when you're out of the room.

The hotel features modern soundproof insulation, but some rooms are still susceptible to traffic noise, according to recent reviews. As a precaution, it's a good idea to bring along some earplugs.
