Guests frequently commented that after staying at other all-inclusive properties in the country, they found this one to be among the best. Not surprisingly, many said that if they were to book a Benidorm holiday again or know someone who's visiting there, they'd not hesitate to come back or recommend it to friends.

This property is in a calm setting that's away from the hustle and bustle of many of the most popular tourist areas. Even so, it's easy to get to the centre of town via about a 10-minute walk.

Guests said the staff were generally very friendly and always ready to do whatever they could to help. If you need something, just let a member of staff know, and expect they'll sort it out to the best of their ability.

The pool has piped music around the pool constantly, and many guests found it very annoying. They said the playlist never changed and that the songs were very dull. However, this was just a minor gripe most of the time.

Some guests felt the food was not very good quality based on their expectations, and others commented that there wasn't enough variety. The issue with limited variety was particularly problematic for vegetarians, so keep that in mind if you prefer a meat-free diet.

Because this property is a very tall building, it has a lot of storeys. That sometimes meant guests had to wait longer than they would have liked when trying to use the lifts. If your room is on a high level, just plan accordingly and allow a little extra time.
