As reported by past guests, the hotel's location is convenient for someone who wants to enjoy shopping, nightlife or entertainment while staying in Dubai. Also within hotel's proximity are the Dubai's business district. The hotel gives easy access to metro, bus and taxis.

Chelsea Gardens Apartment has been well appreciated by past guests. Rooms along with the bathroom are spacious. Rooms have got enough space for a guest to unpack, move around and not feel cramped which is not a very common feature to find these days.

Guests have felt that there is a scope of adding more dishes to the buffet breakfast as at the moment, there are limited options. Moreover, there aren't any good bakery items in the menu, which has not pleased many guests.
