The four Burggarten Appartements are located in a house that dates back to 1829. The house is partly situated up against the old town walls of the Neuleiningen Castle. The centuries have left behind their traces, but all the original charm remains intact. Neuleiningen is the right place for all who love the indescribable landscape, the wonderful Wine Route, where there is one wine village after another, and a touch of the Mediterranean. The goal that was set during the revitalization 2015 – 2017 is mirrored in the apartments: the respect of nature, tradition, and history. To emphasize all things with deep roots is the priority as is doing justice to the historically-protected house and not adulterating it. Nevertheless, a new, stylish reinterpretation of the 190 year old structure was needed. The result is an aesthetic mixture of styles. Select antique furniture harmonizes with the industrial modern and high-quality craftsmanship in the region. Timeless design authentically interprets the careful concept of space. The four apartments: Two apartments have a balcony and a size of 45 to 50 m². They are located in ground floor and offer space for 1 to 2 people. Two maisonette apartments have two floors and a size of 80 to 90 m². They are located in first and attic floor and offer space for 1 to 5 people. In the living and dining area, the furnishings and decor are a mixture of styles that is typical for the Burggarten Appartements: antique furniture meets a modern interior. The floor is natural stone with oil shale. Natural fiber carpets and the fireplace in the kitchen create an especially cozy atmosphere. The kitchen: With an Illy espresso machine, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and extractor hood, the selection of appliances is extensive. When it comes to cooking utensils, everything is available: pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and table sets. Spices, herbs, organic teas by Sonnentor, sugar, salt, pepper, as well as basics such as Illy espresso pods and filter coffee are also available. Of course, there are traditional Palatinate "Dubbegläser" in the cabinet if you would like to enjoy a refreshing spritzer. In the bedrooms, custom-made furniture was built by a local master carpenter from Austrian stone pine. On the exquisite beds made by Treca is a 33 cm high pocket spring mattress. The headboard and bedside table made from solid stone pine provide for the best sleep and a wonderful fragrance. The natural stone bath: In the bathroom, there is a shower, sink, urinal, WC, electric towel warmer, lit make-up mirror, hair dryer, tissues, and soft terry cloth towels. Our fair trade guest supplies include liquid and bar soap, shampoo, shower gel, and lotion. In addition, there is an amenity set with nail file, cotton swabs and pads, shower cap, and small sewing kit. Walls and floors are made of natural stone - oil shale and Solnhofen stone. State-of-the-art equipment: Each apartment has high-speed WLAN Internet, a flat-screen SA TV, hi-fi stereo with digital radio and Bluetooth to play your own music, as well as a safe in the bedroom closet. Upon request, we will provide a microwave. If you should need a crib, high chair, or a stool for the bathroom, just let us know. Parking: A parking place is reserved for each apartment right next to Burggarten Appartements. The parking spaces are precisely calculated, so we ask you park considerately and save space. In general, there are few parking places in Neuleiningen.
