    Artemis Studios & Apartments Artemis Studios & Apartments was founded in 1982, by Kyriakos and Artemis Dermentzidis. It is located in Nea Kallikrateia, which is a municipal unit in Chalkidiki, Greece, at a distance of 28 km from Thessaloniki Airport ‘’ Makedonia ’’ and 35 km from the city centre of Thessaloniki. It consists of apartments, two-bed and three-bed rooms, which all offer our guests Internet, TV, Air Condition, full equipped kitchen, Bathroom, Hot Water 24h/d and a lift. The beach is only 300m away while the centre of Kallikrateia is 500m away. Since 2010, Artemis Studios & Apartments has been taken over by Achilleas and John Dermentzidis,sons of Kyriakos and Artemis.The tradition continues, the hospitality remains the same although the facilities and services are being improved every year.
