Great for romance
The views from every room and common area is stunning and romantic, especially the sunsets. You can have breakfast on your balcony overlooking the sea and then take a dip in the hot tub, several of which are located on the terraces. This is a great location for those taking a honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary, or looking for a romantic getaway.
positive:
Greek hospitality
Even when the hotel is short-staffed, business never takes precedence over guest pleasure. The staff goes out of their way to please every desire. If a problem should occur, they liberally apologise with fruit and wine or champagne.
positive:
Excellent accommodations
The decor of each room is so unique and luxurious, rightly earning the title of "luxury boutique". You'll think you're in a private palace instead of a standard motel room. There are also separated living and kitchen areas, adding to the feel of space and rest.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A lot of switcheroos
When making special room requests, don't be surprised to have a last-minute switch to a different room, or even to a different building across the street. Overbooking is quite common.
negative:
Quirky cave rooms
The cave rooms are a bit quirky. Some feel they are cosy dens while others think the "cave" is a good description as they are windowless and dark.
negative:
Missing in action
The hotel advertises packages for weddings and other special events, including decorations, wine, and food baskets. After paying, don't be surprised when these items fail to show up. Even after repeated requests, promised items are just missing in action with no refunds.
