The hotel is in a quiet area with many restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The old market square with its quaint houses and the main train station are also nearby.

The rooms are spacious and decorated well, with guests reporting ample space to move around and feeling right at home due to the comfortable setting. Some of the rooms with balconies offer great views of the city of Frankfurt and the river, which guests noted to be a nice start to their day.

Guests reported that the hotel staff was friendly from the first moment on and provided a lot of insight into the city such as were to eat, shop and which museums to see.

While the rooms come with fully-equipped kitchens and offer many amenities you could want for a longer stay, some guests noted that some valuable items were overlooked. For example, the hotel does not provide salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen, families may not be able to get cribs, and guests would have liked to have a coffee maker in their rooms.

Wi-Fi is only free in the public areas for 30 minutes a day, so guests have to pay for in-room additional service, which they found to be rather expensive.

Guests found the hotel's breakfast to be too pricey, since it was very basic with the typical spread of eggs, bacon, bread and cold cuts but lacked any special touch, such as items made to order.
