    The gourmet dishes that are served in the restaurant have won previous guests over and there are reports that the hotel's restaurant and chef definitely lives up to the 5 star rating.

    A bit too noisy.

    Some guests report that the noise coming from the bar downstairs is too extreme and that they could not rest when some of the patrons became louder as the night carried on. There were also reports of the noise level in rooms that face the street and that there can be a lot of noise because of the central location.

    Some guests mentioned that the Jacuzzi wasn't working during their stay so they were unable to fully enjoy their suite and stay at this property.These guests placed a lot of importance on the Jacuzzi as part of their Artisan 5a Senses Hotel experience and were very dissapointed.
