The rooms were found to be good and clean by guests. The rooms were spacious according to Japanese standards, and were nicely equipped with waters, mini fridges and bathrooms with free toiletries. The rooms were nicely furnished as well.

There are various dining options in the hotel for guests to head to including a French, Chinese and Japanese dining. The options also include bars and cafes, so guests had various places to choose from without heading far away.

The location was found to be good by guests who stayed here, as there were shopping centres and plenty of supermarkets as well. It is also very close to various train and metro stations to explore the area.

The rooms were found to be hot by guests even during the winter months. The rooms had no air conditioning and windows would not open because they were locked. The air conditioning is noisy and was not very good.

Guests had a hard time communicating with the staff. The staff did not speak a lot of English and it was not easy to get things done because of the lack of language skills. They would prefer staff to speak other languages as it is a hospitality sector.

The hotel was found to be dated by guests who would have preferred to have a more modern accommodation. The floors and furnishings were old and worn, while the facilities needed to be replaced. The hotel is rather modest.
