Feedback is complimentary about the location of the Savannah Resort. Guests love the private beach and comment that they were able to spot turtles and fish. Plus, the resort places lots of attractions and area tours within easy reach.

Previous guests note that this resort is arranged over several different levels. Mobility impaired guests, particularly wheelchair users, may find this aspect of the property makes it an unsuitable choice.

Guests who travelled here with young children express disappointment in the running of the children's activities, describing the timetable as merely a guideline at best. Also, the outdoor play area was often reserved for birthday parties, hence, not all children could play.

Guests were occasionally unable to make a reservation for dinner at the resort. This led to extra costs due to having to eat out. Plus, as drinks (beer) are served in small glasses, guests mention that they spent a lot of their holiday queuing at the bar.
