Samsara Cliff Resort (Negril, Jamaica)

This property is situated on the West End Cliffs of Negril and many people say the experience was relaxing and peaceful, with staff members providing guests with the space they need. This is not a resort for party animals, people tend to come here to kick back and relax. The views from the property are spectacular.

You will be greeted by warm and welcoming staff members who know how to assist, while also giving you your space to unwind and enjoy the settings.

Most people enjoyed the food offerings this resort provided, saying that meals were prepared homemade and fresh. Most people also said rooms were very clean and well-maintained.

There have been limited complaints about issues with guests not being able to check in to the room types they reserved; one person also mentioned they were unable to receive a refund after being stranded at the airport and unable to make it to Jamaica.

Some of the rooms may be on the smaller side, with twin beds and small balconies.

As people have different preferences, there were also several different types of complaints about this property, though limited. There were people who were upset that the all-inclusive bar closed early, some people complained about the pool not being cold enough or Wi-Fi being too slow, some people were disappointed that the menu didn't include more Jamaican-style offerings and other people mentioned lack of amenities such as shampoo and toothpaste in rooms.
