Sakura Boutique Hotel (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Guests enjoyed the spacious rooms which are well appointed and provide basic amenities. The rooms were clean and the beds are described as comfortable. The air conditioning keeps the rooms at a comfortable temperature and free bottled water keeps you hydrated. Guests felt they received excellent value for their money.

Guests liked the leisurely walk to nearby attractions. Restaurants are in the immediate neighbourhood and a convenience store is right across from the street. A mall is nearby so you can indulge in easy shopping. Some guests felt the neighbourhood is not the best after dark, but no incidents have been reported.

The customer service at this location has been described as friendly, professional and helpful. They can give you directions and recommend restaurants in the area or activities to check out. English is spoken well. Guests felt well taken care of.

The Wi-Fi reception is not really reliable in the rooms. Some guests had no problems while others barely could log in.  Do not expect to stream any movies in your room.

Guests who had a car with them were upset about the very small hotel parking lot which provides only four spaces. There is public free parking down the road from the hotel, but it involves a short walk and is not supervised by the hotel.

Guests reported noise issues from neighbouring rooms at times. The first floor seems to be the loudest as the sounds from the nearby lobby tend to travel down the hallway. Some earplugs might be a good solution to this problem.
