The on-site spa which includes an indoor pool as well as steam rooms and two Jacuzzis has been described as very well presented, clean and spacious enough so that it never feels too busy or cramped. Guests thoroughly enjoyed using the pool whilst many also complimented the various therapies on offer.

The decor of the rooms was described as very pleasing and elegant by many of the guests. Rooms were said to spacious with quality furniture and upholstery as well as extremely comfortable beds. Guests also appreciated the little extras such as the evening turn-down service which ensured that the rooms were always tidy and comfortable.

Guests were very complimentary about the staff stating that they were friendly and always polite. There was a uniform level of service throughout which was said to be of a high standard. From the night porter through to the beauty therapists, all members of staff were highly praised by those who stayed here.
