Royal Pagoda Motel Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles, USA)

This historic hotel boasts a convenient location on the edge of Chinatown, with convenient access to the highway and Union Station. It is easy to get from here to both Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. Guests found it a perfect spot for attending events at L.A. Live, or catching a game at the Dodger Stadium. The hotel's location in Chinatown yields to many fantastic dining and unique shopping opportunities. It is also close to a Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tour stop.

Though the rooms are simple, guests were pretty pleased with the accommodations here. You'll have everything you need, including a comfortable bed and a good shower. Guests especially appreciated the in-room refrigerator, the hardwood floors, and having free parking.

The staff are said to be friendly and accommodating. You can expect to receive welcoming service here.

Guests were mildly disappointed not have any coffee or tea making facilities in the room, but appreciated that they offered hot drinks in the lobby at all times. Fortunately, the hotel is planning on equipping all the rooms with a coffee maker very soon.

As this is an older hotel, minor updates and cosmetic touch-ups are becoming more and more necessary. Cleanliness could also be improved in the rooms; as poor housekeeping seems to highlight the flaws.

There is a car park onsite, but guests say it is very small, and the spaces are very tight. If you're arriving to the hotel late at night, you may find it a challenge to find or squeeze into an available space.
