The modern and stylish interior of the hotel rooms proved popular with guests, who found them to be quiet, clean and comfortable. Those higher up in the hotel found fantastic views out over Rotterdam.

Customer service was a word on the lips of most of those who stayed: you will find the team to be very friendly and attentive, and they also put on a very good breakfast spread with excellent service in keeping it topped up.

Some guests found issue with the prices, whether this included the parking, breakfast or minibar charges, or the room rates, which a few thought were too expensive for what they considered to be relatively basic rooms.

Although many people mentioned good Wi-Fi, and others did not mention any problems, a small number have found the connection to be slow and patchy.

A swimming pool and a larger gym facility were on the wishlist of a few guests, but this was not an issue for almost all of those who stayed at The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam.
