The staff were found to be helpful and kind hosts who were informative of the area and were glad to book transportation or area activities for the guests. They were proactive in their approach to the guests.
Guests enjoyed staying in a characteristic hotel with an old world feel to it. It had a nice front gate, high ceiling and wood floors, as well as French windows. The characteristics were nice and charming, which added to the character of the place.
