Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel (Rincon, Puerto Rico)

The Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean is an ideal beach destination with proximity to several tourist places. It is a five minute drive to the town center and six kilometers to the Domes Beach. Guests can enjoy beach strolls and visit the Punta Higueras Lighthouse. The Aguadilla and Mayaguez are about 30 minutes from the hotel. Guests can spend time at the Las Cascadas Water Park which is around 20 kilometers from the hotel.

The 112 rooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Ironing facilities and refrigerator are provided on request. Balconies are present in all the rooms featuring pool, garden or ocean views. Bathrooms are equipped with free toiletries and hair dryer.

The hotel has an outdoor pool with a 16-seater swim-up bar present. Meeting rooms and space for holding events like weddings with necessary services extended are featured. A garden plus roof top terrace is present. Accessibility facilities are available at the hotel. Rooms are dated and furniture appears worn out. Guests find that the humidity in the rooms is rather high. Amenities like coffeemaker is also not present and guests cannot get coffee if they need it out of hours.

Guests wish that the pool in the hotel was deeper than just three feet as they can only lounge in it and not enjoy a good swim.

Guests feel that breakfast and Wi-Fi in the rooms should be included for the prices charged. They find the breakfast expensive as the items featured on the buffet menu are basic.
