Guests were pleased to find they were within walking distance of the beaches and numerous local shops, bars and restaurants whilst many keen gofers used the hotel as a base to visit some of the popular courses which are in close proximity to the hotel.

Guests whose rooms were located close to the bar area said that they were disturbed by loud music and noise which often lasted until late in the evening. If you are a light sleeper, it's advisable to ask for a room away from the bar area.

The rooms have been described as looking rather tired with dated pieces of furniture and tatty-upholstery. Guests noticed mould and cracked sinks in the bathrooms stating that the en-suite would benefit from modernisation.

Guests who were allocated rooms on the higher floors said they found it quite tiring climbing several flights of stairs as there is no lift on the premises.
