Guests were delighted at the warm welcome they received with families and pets. Beach attendants were attentive and eager to help, providing water and kids' even beach toys. The hotel also gives personalized attention to your pets. Your four-legged friends will receive a designer dish, bed, toys, and a specialized food menu upon arrival. Doggie waste bags are given complimentary. A "Yappy Hour" is hosted on the property once a month for guests and locals, where both pets and owners can have fun and socialize.

There are six restaurants, bars and lounges on the property, most of which has breathtaking ocean views. Guests say they all serve delicious food, breakfast to dinner. Meals have been reported as delicious and satisfying.

Most guests thought the staff was poorly managed and not trained well in customer service. Some guests thought the personnel were rude while others had issues with missed requests or inattentiveness to complaints.

While most of the guests didn't have an issue, some thought the service at the restaurant was too slow. Many guests also thought the valet took a long time to retrieve cars.

A few guests had poor cell phone reception on the hotel grounds.
