The outdoor pool is incredibly well maintained, and although the indoor lap pool is small, it's very clean and perfect for an early morning swim. There are plenty of games and sports to play, and you'll hardly want to leave the place at all during your entire stay.
The housekeeping staff are extremely good at their jobs at this hotel where guests struggle to find a speck of dust anywhere in the hotel. The rooms are spotless and are in great shape after the recent renovation work.
You'll feel like you're eating a top restaurant when dining at this hotel. The meals are excellent, and the service is first class. The prices are a bit high but according to quite a few guests, it's more than worth it.
It seems that there's a problem with bookings at this hotel as some guests have arrived to find that their rooms were given to other guests. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Other guests had trouble with restaurant bookings too and had to eat off-site.
Many guests have stayed here for the spa alone but have been a little disappointed by the treatments that they received. They felt that the staff weren't professional and that the overall experience was a bit of a letdown.
Although they are clean and in good order, the bathrooms are a little small for the price you are paying. They aren't as good as you'd expect and are certainly not comfortable enough for two people to use at the same time.
