Resort The Coral at Atlantis (Paradise Island City, Bahamas)

Many guests enjoy the variety of the hotel's facilities and amenities and say that the rooms are both comfortable and on overall great value for the area for business and leisure travelers alike.

Guests note that the resort is home to some of the most incredible swimming pools they have ever experienced, complete with wading areas, statues, a grotto and water slides. The on-site pool specifically for children is a big hit with families.

Several guests comment on the amazing views of the ocean from their rooms, as well as the stunning landscaping on the property itself.

Some guests feel that certain areas in the hotel could use a bit of a freshening up and that the housekeeping staff could be a bit more thorough, noting that rooms as well and common areas had spots that were left unattended. The front desk staff is quick to send out staff to take care of areas that need to be addressed.

With a crowded lobby around check-in time, it can be a bit difficult for guests to get through to the front desk area. Comfortable areas in the lobby accommodate longer-wait times and the staff tries to be as helpful as possible to ease frustrations.

While most of the resort has great air conditioning, some guests comment that climate control in their rooms does not always operate as it should. The maintenance team is quick to hop on requests for fixes and the front desk staff is helpful with room changes, if necessary.
