Sleek, modern and elegant design really appealed to travellers. People who have stayed here said no details were missed from swings on the balcony to copper tubs and more. Others have noted that it is a beautiful, trendy, modern hotel.

The location of the hotel gives guests spectacular views of Cabo, specifically the ocean and the famous Arch. No matter where your room is within the hotel, you will have a breathtaking vantage point.

One unique advantage that this hotel has over others in the area is that it is the only place with a rooftop lounge. Guests have said that they really like the space for drinks and small plates. Plus, there are amazing views and a great vibe with DJs on Saturday.

The modern design is not for everybody. The open rainshower that leaves guest exposed to others in the room was not liked by many guests. Others have noted that some of the balconies also offered little privacy from people staying in neighbouring rooms.

The hotel just opened in the latter part of 2015, and service needs to be improved according to guests who said that was really slow. From valet parking to check-in and the pool, and the restaurants, service was not prompt which disappointed quite a few people. Others have noted that the bellmen were not available and they had to carry their own bags into the hotel.

The reservation policy for palapas was a problem for many people. You have to wake up super early to reserve one, and if you don’t you miss out. Another issue is that the guests who did reserve them sometimes would leave, leaving the palapas unused for hours when others could have used them.
