Depending on the time of year you visit, the service at the Sofitel could be a bit slower than other times. The popularity of the resort does mean that there are more guests for the staff to manage, so peak travel times could result in slower service. If you need to be anywhere in particular at a certain time during these peak travel times, be sure to give yourself extra time.
