Their actives will keep you entertained
Between the rotating daily activities like concerts, shows, and parties, and the many resort amenities like kayak rentals, pools, and beach volleyball courts, it was nearly impossible for guests to not find a way to fill the hours of their vacation.

Swim on up!
The resort has two different swim up bars which by all accounts have excellent service and cocktails. Guests staying on the ground floor can also swim right up to their rooms, with the pool connecting to the suite's private furnished veranda.

The setting could not be more beautiful
Cozumel is home to white powder beaches and sparkling clear blue water. The clear waters and plethora of tropical fish and reefs make it the perfect place to enjoy snorkeling, for which the resort provides all the necessary equipment. They also provide comfortable loungers and cabana service for relaxing on the beach.

It could use a coat of paint
Quite a few guests couldn't help but notice that exterior of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint. There were many places where they could see it was scratched or peeling.

Are you interested in purchasing a timeshare?
While some guests were thrilled with the opportunity to be presented with a vacation buying option, for others, listening to a three hour long sales pitch was not high up on their vacation to do list. A few guests reported being positively bombarded with sales offers during their stay.

Poor customer service during construction
The resort received many poor reviews while they were under renovations. While this obviously represents a temporary problem, and it's fair to say any hotel may be judged poorly during periods of construction, it would seem they way they handled the surrounding complaints was quite poor. Guests received no warning that contraction would be going on during their stay, the work began early in the morning and continued late into the night, and many guests, having booked their suite well in advance, arrived to find their room was unavailable, and they were moved to a different, sometimes inferior room or, worse still, a different resort all together.
