Some guests have been disappointed to find that some bedrooms within the hotel are quite outdated. Most communal areas have been renovated with the rest of the bedrooms in plan for the near future. That said, feedback from guests indicates that although rooms are in need of updating, they are kept spotless by housekeeping staff.

The daily window for booking into the a la carte restaurants is quite small, resulting in long queues for some of the more popular options. Guests have also provided feedback that the sitting times for the restaurants are not ideal, with the first being too early and the latter too late.
