If you're a keen skier, you should find the hotel to be is ideal for accessing the nearby resorts. Guests appreciate the location - just a short bus ride from the ski-lifts – and the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. There are also restaurants and stores nearby and Main Street is within easy reach.

The nice and large indoor swimming pool is a bit hit with guests. Complete with hot-tub, it is open throughout the day and evening.

Guests are highly impressed with the convenient underground car park, equipped with a lift up to the hotel.

Guests are often baffled to find that the air-conditioning isn't working and instead of being fixed, they are allocated a box-fan instead. In the middle of a heat-wave this is simply inadequate. In reality, the air-conditioning seems to be centrally controlled and the hotel decides when the moment is right to switch it on.

“Stay away from the center of the hotel if you want to get some sleep” many guests would warn you. That is because the swimming pool is located there and if you're in a room vaguely near it, you are likely to be disturbed by the constant screams and splashes - from dawn til night. Guests even complain that the pool is even occupied well after its supposed closing time at 9pm. However, being away from the pool isn't a guarantee of tranquillity. Guests also complain of people moving around in rooms above or noise from the garage below.

Guests find that the rooms are a bit on the compact size, even if they have upgraded to a mini-suite. Everything is crammed in and there's little room to move about.
