Mountain View Room- Subject to availability.
While staying at One & Only Cape Town, you might want to open your room’s window and view the beautiful Table Mountain, but that’s not possible always. In past instances, guests have mentioned that their room’s window overlooked a bush, which they didn’t appreciate.
negative:
Slow Wi-Fi.
While being on a leisure holiday, a Wi-Fi is not a must but for any business traveller it is extremely essential. The Wi-Fi doesn’t seem to work here because of connection issues. Some of the past guests were unable to perform downloads or even normal browsing.
negative:
Food- Scope for improvement.
In some instances, guests have complained of stale food being served at the on-site restaurants. Though the restaurants offer a wide selection of delicacies, guests have felt that the food quality has a scope for improvement.
