Resort Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa, an IHG Hotel (Vero Beach, USA)

Those who dined at the restaurant complimented the quality of food describing it as tasty and beautifully presented. The various treatments on offer at the spa were also highly praised by the guests who said that they thoroughly enjoyed their facials and massages.

Guests have direct access from the hotel to the nearby sandy beach and are also given complimentary chairs and umbrellas. Many found it very convenient being able to walk to the beach instead of having to drive or get transport and were also pleased to find numerous bars and cafes also within walking distance of the hotel.

With a poolside bar and plenty of loungers, guests were always close to somewhere where they could relax with a few drinks or just sit and unwind. There are lots of cozy fire pits on the property where guests enjoyed having their evening cocktails and the hotel also organizes afternoon refreshments in the lounge which also proved very popular.

Although the hotel overlooks the beach, some of the guests were disappointed to find that their rooms looked out onto a side alley and the parking lot.

Some of the guests mentioned that they thought the pool was quite small considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests using it. On many occasions the pool area was said to be overcrowded which meant that some guests chose not to use the facility.

Some of the rooms do not have windows much to the disappointment of the guests who stayed there. Many said that they felt claustrophobic and objected not being informed about the lack of windows prior to booking.
