The resort is beautifully maintained with a range of activities for both adults and kids, including an adult pool and spa tub, tennis courts, fitness center, children's pool and playground. The BBQ area is great for an evening meal and there are grocery stores nearby for supplies. It's in a quiet, peaceful area but located close to restaurants, shopping, golf and attractions so you'll have plenty to do.

Scottsdale Villa Mirage Resort has apartment-style accommodations, which are ideal for longer stays and for traveling with family. They are spacious and comfortable with kitchens, living space and private balconies. The units are clean and quiet, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Overall they offer excellent value.

Staff throughout the resort is warm and friendly, from the front desk to the snack bar and activities folks. They provide helpful service and can arrange tours and make useful area recommendations.

Expect to listen to a timeshare sales pitch during your stay at Scottsdale Villa Mirage Resort. Staff will continuously call and push you to attend a lengthy session; it's really not worth your time, unless you are actually interested in buying.

Upon check out, you're charged a resort fee, an unexpected expense that is not made clear up front and seems excessive. Despite this daily fee, housekeeping is only provided every five days.

The café opens late; it would be nice if service hours were extended. Also, an onsite restaurant or bar would be a nice addition for those times you don't want to prepare food or drive anywhere.
