This property offers a choice of valet and self-parking options. In regards to the latter, some guests were frustrated to find that the garage was adjacent to the hotel and not closer. Occasionally, that caused problems when guests forgot things in their cars and had to go back to retrieve them, or if they were traveling with large, heavy suitcases.

Guests mentioned that the variety and taste of the breakfast items were not good enough to justify the price paid. There are other dining options near the hotel, and many guests thought those were better values.

Unless you are a member of the hotel chain's loyalty club, there is a fee associated with using the Wi-Fi. Some guests were not happy about that, especially since many less expensive hotels offer Wi-Fi that's complimentary.
