According to feedback, guests found the hotel's location perfect for their needs. For a start, there's plenty to do on-site thanks to the casino, several restaurants and the large outdoor pool and lounge area. Within walking distance there are other casinos such as Golden Nugget Biloxi and downtown Biloxi is a pleasant seafront-walk away.

Guests like the friendly and professional service they received from the members of staff at Harrah's Gulf Coast. They are described as attentive and courteous and do their best to make sure that a great time is had by all.

Several guests were pleased to report that the price they paid for their stay represented good value for money when considering the quality of the hotel's rooms and the amenities provided.

Some of the rooms at Harrah's Gulf Coast offer beautiful views over the Gulf Coast. However, according to some comments, the views from the other rooms are not all as impressive with some overlooking the parking lot.

It seems that parts of the hotel are showing their age a little and some of the carpets aren't in very good condition. The hotel has confirmed that a comprehensive renovation project is about to be undertaken which aims to greatly improve the accommodation. It is hoped that the work will be completed by spring 2016.

Although many of the guests enjoyed using the on-site casino, some did feel that it was on the small side and perhaps didn't offer the variety of slots and games that they would have liked.
