Most visitors said that, with the all-inclusive resorts, they were expecting the food to be about average; however guests were pleasantly surprised by the great quality that was presented to them. Breakfasts were fresh and hot, lunches provided a host of delightful choices, and dinner was top quality.

Guests felt that their every need was taken care of from the moment they arrived at this hotel. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist guests with all their questions and queries. They are well-versed when it comes to the surrounding area, and will willing help to plan a night out for you.

If total relaxation is what you are after, then try to spend a day at one of the crystal clear on-site swimming pools. The water is warm, and there is no lack of deck chairs available. You can even order a drink from the poolside.

Many visitors did not appreciate being urged to take part in the pre-arranged meetings that were ultimately designed to push you in to buying a piece of time-share at this property. If you know you are not interested, try to make sure they know this prior to your arrival.

Visitors have complained that the minibar in their room was only stocked with inexpensive alcohol, and nothing that is name-branded. They said they would like to see a more impressive choice of alcohol supplied.

Guests who booked a room with a tub got one with a shower only, those guests who stated very clearly they wanted a queen bed ended up with two doubles. A number of guests were not at all pleased with these changes, but did admit they had a good vacation nonetheless.
