Positive Reviews
positive:
Space, comfort, luxury for long or short stays
The laid-back nature of the suites and the self-catering
set-up makes Code Resort a great place for many visits, be it family getaways,
honeymoons, friends vacations, etc. The apartments are large and airy and
overall the resort is comfortable enough that a stay of a week or more can feel
very home-like and has done for many previous guests.
positive:
Free breakfast available
There is a complimentary breakfast buffet spread on offer every day which is well made and offers a variety of choices. An à la carte brunch menu is also available at an extra cost.
positive:
Views and tranquillity
The lush tropical environment in and around the resort makes for a very peaceful atmosphere indeed and every suite enjoys views of the swimming pool, the ocean or both.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A little far out from beaches, town
Code is about a twenty-minute walk away from the main road where there are restaurants and some shops, but the beach and bars are a little further away. Although the hotel offers an area shuttle it is not very frequent so it may be of use to rent a scooter or car to use during your stay. Alternatively there are taxis and tuk-tuks available from the main road as well.
negative:
No elevator(s)
There are no lifts and lots of stairs on the property. As
the rooms go up to three storeys high, this may be an issue for wheelchair
users, those travelling with young children or heavy luggage, etc. Try and
reserve a room on the ground floor to avoid inconveniences with this.

No further negatives
The hotel has received no other negative reviews of note.
