Red Lion Pocatello is located right off a major highway so it's very easy to find.  Guests reported that it's easy to get around the area especially since there is a bus stop right out front and many things, such as restaurants, shops and attractions

Guests reported that the facilities and public spaces are convenient, modern and very well-maintained. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, the outdoor courtyard is well-manicured with lots of places to relax and the swimming pool is big and clean.

Guests reported some issues with the rooms including lots of dust, a musty smell, dated decor and furnishings, mold in the showers, stained carpet, uncomfortable beds, a lack of amenities and broken appliances.

Guests reported that although they were in a non-smoking area, other guests were smoking and the smell of this smoke could be detected all over the hotel including the rooms.  Guests also reported being able to smell marijuana at times.

The soundproofing is not very good in the rooms at Red Lion as guests reported not being able to get any sleep due to the sound of young people partying in nearby rooms, loud music, toilets flushing, loud conversations and doors opening and closing.
