The property is directly across the street from the Rodeo Grounds, from a miniature golf course, from Taco Johns Restaurant, and kitty corner from the high school. This is an older motel with character and super clean rooms with 55 channels of cable, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, queen size beds, air conditioning, free in room WiFi for checking emails, and all rooms have been completely non-smoking for 20 years. We are smoke free and pet free. Free parking in front of rooms in a well lit parking lot is an added convenience. All of the rooms with more than 1 bed have 2 rooms with a queen bed in front room with TV and queen in rear room with a TV, 2Q in front and 1Q in back, or 1Q in front and 2T in back room.
