Great location, clean rooms
A few minutes away from Termini station, getting to this property is a snap. And because the hotel is stands in Rome's Historic Centre, you'll love that it is well positioned as a base to explore the city - with some historic sites like the Coliseum within comfortable walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You will want to visit this property again.
positive:
Helpful, courteous staff
A plus when staying at a hotel in a foreign country, the reception desk is quite effective at arranging taxis for individuals and groups. Overall, the staff is professional, friendly and attentive.
positive:
Breakfast is good
If you enjoy putting together your own breakfast, you will be happy with the buffet that supplies generous offerings of hot drinks, cereals, pastries, squash, ham and cheese, bread or rolls, and fruit.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No shower curtains, no Wi-Fi in rooms
The bedrooms are small. Bath facilities are not designed with shower curtains, meaning it may prove challenging to have a shower while keeping the floor dry. If you need to go online, the lobby is the place to do this as Wi-Fi is not available in the bedrooms.
negative:
English Channels are missing
Be prepared for no English channels on TV. This might be a thorn in the flesh if you don't speak/hear Italian.
negative:
Prepare for taxes, no bar
A city tax is an additional tax that will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. You might think it a bit steep. Bar lovers may be disappointed that there is none at this hotel.
