Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre West Edmonton (Edmonton, Canada)

The staffs, from the reception area to the servers, were extremely friendly according to guests and were always ready to offer a warm smile and greetings. They were efficient in assisting guests with their special requests and needs.

Previous guests are able to maximise their stay and visit major establishments within the area, as the hotel is conveniently located. The property also has close proximity to the West Edmonton Mall, as well as the churches and Stony Plain Road.

Most guests were impressed with the wide variety of breakfast choices, which were quite unexpected. The food was hot and freshly prepared and the overall quality was exceptional so most guests especially families with kids were able to enjoy a decent meal.

Most guests had issues with the small and poor performance of the lift. It was either quite slow so guests had to wait just to use the facility, or was not working most of the time. Moreover, the lift also looked a little old and needed to be either replaced or renovated.

Due to the small and cold water temperature of the swimming pool area, guests were not able to fully enjoy this facility. The chemicals used were strong so some guests experienced itching. Furthermore, there were renovations going on so there were times that the pool was closed for public use.

Guests were disappointed with the quality of the beds. The room has two beds and fold out bed for large group of guests or families. However, the fold out bed was not working properly. The hotel also did not offer extra bedding and the size of the beds were not queen size.
