Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport (Calgary, Canada)

This hotel is very well presented, and you’ll find that it’s well maintained throughout. They take very good care of the place and overall it’s extremely inviting despite the fact that it’s so far from anywhere of note.

The food at this hotel is very tasty, and it’s a surprise that it’s not more expensive. Usually airport hotels charge a premium for everything but even the drinks at the bar seem to be priced fairly. You’ll also find that there’s plenty of choices on the menu.

The rooms are impeccably clean at this hotel and guests are impressed by how well designed they are. They are also happy with the on-site amenities such as the spa and gym which are perfect after a long haul flight.

There is quite literally nothing to do anywhere near the hotel. You can take a walk outside, but you won’t find any shops or even a bar nearby. This means that you’re stuck in the hotel and have no option but to eat their food.

The view from many of the rooms is off a scrapyard which you will agree is far from picturesque. Maybe your kids will enjoy it, but it’s certainly not something that would make you want to come back there at any time in the future.

This place hosts a lot of events such as weddings and the like. So you can expect to have some issues with getting to sleep. It’s not ideal for light sleepers who quite often have to deal with late night partygoers making lots of noise.
