Five star service...
Most guests give the reception team high marks for their friendly, helpful service, often commenting on their smiling faces and their willingness to answer questions, provide directions, and recommend restaurants or sights. Any issues are generally resolved cheerfully and efficiently. The wait staff and housekeeping team also get rave reviews for the high quality of their work.
positive:
Modern luxury in a historical building.
Though the building itself retains much of its original circa-1917 charm, many of the recently renovated guest rooms feature a very modern look with bright colours and the latest in technology. Guests rave about in-room saunas, televisions in the bathrooms, and high tech lighting. Most find the Wi-Fi works well across several devices, and agree that the Magic Beds live up to their name.
positive:
Location, location, location.
Guests can reach most of the major tourist sites, including Ateneum Art Museum, Helsinki Cathedral, Senate Square, and Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art in five to fifteen minutes on foot. Those who wish to explore further out can catch the train at Helsinki Central Railway Station, just a few steps from the hotel entrance. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and shopping well within walking distance.

Small fitness area...
Several guests have noted that the fitness area is very small; however, guests willing to go off site for their workout appreciate that the hotel offers them free access to a local gym.

Nobody's perfect...
