Everything in Town Conveniently Located.
Guests mentioned that Tromso isn't a large place. However, this hotel is still ideally located by the water and quite walkable. One guest recommended taking the cable car back to the hotel to see some great views of the city.
positive:

negative:
Wi-Fi More Tortoise Than Hare.
If you're looking for a speedy, strong Wi-Fi signal, you may not find it here. Some guests remarked Wi-Fi doesn't move very quickly in this hotel, so be prepared for slow connections.
negative:
Housekeeping Too Casual.
A few guests remarked that it was hard to get additional pillows or towels. Plus, daily housekeeping seems to be a request and not an automatic amenity. Another guest mentioned that they neither restock the tea and coffee selections each day nor replace used mugs with clean ones.
negative:
“Nothing Special” According to Some Visitors.
Guests of other Radisson hotels mentioned that this location didn't present anything overly spectacular. The rooms are good; the food is good; the amenities are good, but nothing seems overly exceptional. For those expecting a resort experience, they probably won't find it. However, most travellers arrived here for activities near the hotel rather activities in it, which was fine with them.
