Right at the heart of the city, the hotel is close to many means of transport, such as the Grand Théâtre Tram Station which is less than a five minute walk away. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area serving great wine and gourmet cuisine to cater to a wide variety of tastes. The lively Saint-Pierre district is perfect for those interested in shopping as there are numerous boutiques near the hotel.

A delicious and very diverse breakfast menu.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and expertly prepared. Guests were spoilt for choice when choosing from the wide variety of dishes on offer with majority holding the opinion that the menu was reasonably priced and of great value.

The members of staff are very warm and handle guest’s concerns in a speedy fashion. They are multilingual, friendly and eager to suggest nearby attractions that they think might be of interest to you.

The hotel’s Wi-Fi connection was very poor.
Some guests noted that the hotel’s wireless internet connection had very limited strength. The slow speeds were only suitable for light to moderate internet web browsing. Signal strength was also not well distributed throughout the hotel.

A number of guests were disappointed to find that the hotel had no onsite parking lot. Even though the public parking lot was conveniently situated, a number of guests felt that they were being overcharged to park there.

A few guests were dissatisfied with the amount lighting in their rooms. Those affected found their rooms to be dark even during the day as they did not receive much natural light and this created the perception of a gloomy interior.
